Commissioning a piece of work, whether that's a painting or rug, starts with simple questions like these. It's all about finding out what people like, what they need and what they're into. I believe that the secret to good design is being a good listener and if you look around the site, you'll see the end product of my listening skills. But it's not all about bespoke work.
